👋 I'm Darsh Shukla, I build the kind of systems that either quietly power products at scale or completely break at 2AM and I've learned a lot from both. Over 7 years, I've gone from writing ETL pipelines to architecting multi-agent AI systems, working across scrappy startups and enterprise clients where the stakes and the complexity were equally unforgiving.

devlit.ai is where that journey gets documented — at both layers.

The technical layer: implementation-level writeups on AI systems, data architecture, and the decisions behind them. The kind of content I wanted when I was learning but mostly couldn't find.

The leadership layer: honest lessons from building engineering practices from scratch, and what I'm learning now through a structured CTO program — how technical decisions become org decisions, and what breaks when you scale both simultaneously.
